Delivery

All items in stock to be delivered within 7 days of order, for urgent orders a special postal rate can be agreed on a individual basis. All bulk orders to be delivered within an agreed timespan with the customer. Customers will be notified if any item to be supplied is currently out of stock and with the likely delivery time.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund providing no stock has been placed on order with an outside supplier and engraving requirements have not began.


Returns and Refund Policy

On delivery of your order and within 3 days of receipt, contact our office should any items be found to damaged or unsuitable. Should you require a refund please return any item at your own expense. Once examined should a fault be found a full refund will be made, for unsuitable goods a part or full refund will be made at our discretion.
